THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 12. THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND BLIZZARD AND MAY REQUIRE YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES IN BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND NOT IN COURT. PLEASE READ THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION TERMS AND THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTENDING OR PURCHASING A TICKET TO BLIZZCON. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ATTEND OR PURCHASE A TICKET TO BLIZZCON. The following agreement governs the purchase and use of your ticket(s) (“Ticket(s)") to Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.’s “BlizzCon 2026” event that will take place in or on the grounds of the Anaheim Convention Center on or about September 12th and 13th, 2026 (“BlizzCon”). In consideration of the opportunity to purchase your Ticket and/or attend BlizzCon, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, you agree:
that Show Management has your consent and approval to take motion and still pictures of you, record your voice, as well as any sounds made by you, and to obtain other information about you, including but not limited to your name, likenesses, photographs, voices, dialogue, sounds, biographical information, personal characteristics and other personal identification (collectively, “Media”), in and in connection with any editorial, promotional, or commercial uses by Show Management, which Show Management may exploit throughout the universe at any time on a royalty free, perpetual basis in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. The rights granted herein shall also include the right to edit, delete, dub, and fictionalize the Media, all as Show Management sees fit in Show Management’s sole discretion. This grant is coupled with an interest and is irrevocable;
that the Ticket is a revocable license which may be withdrawn, and admission refused anytime upon refunding the original purchase price. Tickets to BlizzCon, once purchased, cannot be refunded by the purchaser or exchanged, unless required by law;
that BlizzCon has a strict no smoking policy including traditional cigarettes, pipes, cigars, E-cigarettes, or any vaping product or device. This policy includes all event spaces at the Anaheim Convention Center. Smoking may occur outside the Anaheim Convention Center in designated smoking areas only;
that BlizzCon panels, presentations, performances, and features are subject to change or cancellation without notice, and that availability and access to all of the foregoing is not guaranteed due to local fire department regulations that are strictly enforced by the Anaheim Convention Center. Access to all portions of BlizzCon will be limited to the maximum capacity of the particular hall, which will be determined by the Anaheim Convention Center in its sole discretion. In addition, certain areas and event features may only be available to those with designated types of Tickets;
that Tickets obtained from sources other than Blizzard’s official ticket selling platform may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and may not be honored. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed; and the license granted by the Ticket will automatically terminate if any term of this agreement is breached. Tickets may not be offered for sale in any manner which would violate any law or regulation, and may not be resold or otherwise transferred to another person other than through Blizzard’s official ticket selling platform. Blizzard reserves the right to impose restrictions on the transfer and/or resale of Tickets in its sole discretion, which may include but are not limited to restrictions on the type(s) of Tickets that are eligible for transfer or resale, the number of times that a Ticket can be transferred or resold, and minimum and maximum Ticket resale price(s);
that you may only photograph, record, stream, or otherwise transmit still images, audio, and video from BlizzCon for personal non-commercial purposes (unless otherwise authorized by Blizzard in writing), that any such activity may only be facilitated via handheld phones, tablets, and certain video cameras only, and that YOU MAY NOT FOR ANY PURPOSE RECORD, STREAM, OR OTHERWISE TRANSMIT (OR AID IN ANY OF THE FORGOING) ANY LIVE MUSICAL PERFORMANCE OR ANY GAMEPLAY FROM ANY GAME DEMO STATION;
that Show Management reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the Ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or remove from BlizzCon any person whose conduct is, in Show Management’s sole discretion, disruptive, aggressive, harassing, or who is otherwise engaging in behavior that diminishes the experience of other attendees, or who is otherwise violating this agreement, any BlizzCon event policy, or the law; and
that certain items may not be brought into BlizzCon and are subject to confiscation by Show Management personnel, and that you shall consent to a reasonable search for any of the following:
Weapons: Firearms, fireworks, flammable liquids or aerosol products, pepper spray, knives, daggers, swords, clubs, maces, other crushing or edged weapons, projectiles, air guns, long bows, crossbows or any other weapons are strictly prohibited;
Food and Beverage: Outside food and beverages, glass bottles, cans, alcohol, and alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited. Sealed water bottles are permitted;

Miscellaneous: illegal and controlled substances, large containers, strollers, skateboards, scooters (except for people with disabilities), stickers/adhesive graphics, non-service live animals, helium and mylar balloons, lasers or similar Items, coolers, motorized vehicles (i.e. go-karts, kids’ battery-operated vehicles, remote-control toys, drones), wheeled carts or wagons, confetti/loose glitter, flammable liquids, open-flame use, chairs/folding chairs, glass containers, horns/whistles, sound amplification devices, or any other item or device deemed disruptive or unsafe by Show Management;
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT OR TO PURSUE CLAIMS IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. You agree to resolve any dispute related to BlizzCon or this agreement via binding individual arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), and not to sue in court in front of a judge or jury. Instead, a single neutral arbitrator applying the AAA Rules will decide and the arbitrator’s decision will be final except for a limited right of review under the FAA. To the fullest extent permitted by law, class action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, private attorney-general actions, requests for public injunctions, and any other proceeding or request for relief where someone acts in a representative capacity aren’t allowed. If, after exhaustion of all appeals, any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable as to any claim or request for a remedy, then the parties agree to arbitrate all claims and remedies subject to arbitration before litigating in court any remaining claims or remedies (such as a request for a public injunction remedy, in which case the arbitrator issues an award on liability and individual relief before a court considers that request). You may not combine individual proceedings without the consent of all parties. Either you or Show Management may sue the other party in small claims court seeking only individualized relief, so long as the action meets the small claims court’s requirements and remains an individual action seeking individualized relief. The small claims court must be in your county of residence. You may opt out of arbitration by personally signing and sending us notice within 30 days of the original Ticket purchase by email to legal@blizzard.com.
