Blizzard’s Recruiting Team Will Be at BlizzCon!

Students, professionals, artists—serious about a career in gaming? Stop by our recruiting booth at BlizzCon and let’s talk! Blizzard’s talent acquisition team will be on hand this year to meet with convention goers interested in a career in gaming. This is your opportunity to have a discussion with our recruiters in person and ask questions about our openings, hiring process, best practices, and more. We’ll have various department managers and artists drop by throughout the show, so be sure to follow @BlizzardCareers on Twitter for live updates.

Remember to travel light! While we won’t be accepting hardcopies of resumes or any material at our booth, we’re happy share our advice and insight into what our teams look for in a potential employee. When you’re ready to apply, do so online via our job board, where you can create a candidate profile and upload all your material for us to review.

The Booth
The recruiting booth is located between Hall B and Hall C, smack in the middle of the convention floor.

Friday, November 7 | 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday, November 8 | 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Which area is right for you?
To talk to as many people as possible, this year we’re dividing our booth area into sections for three main focuses: Students, Professionals, and Artists.

Students
Graduating or recently graduated? Come chat up our University Relations team about 2015 summer internships, the exclusive roles in our New Grad Program, and all of our entry-level opportunities.

Professionals
Spent years in your field and thinking about a change? Have questions about our higher-level positions or how your experience might translate to the gaming industry and opportunities at Blizzard? This is the section for you.

Artists
Our art recruiters will be on hand to discuss our art openings and to review your portfolio, so come prepared!

Portfolio Tips
Bringing your portfolio in an easily viewable, digital format on a tablet device is by far the easiest option. However, note that laptops are not allowed into the show, and we are unable to provide power sources (or even a flawless Internet connection—this is a convention hall, after all), so make sure you’re charged up and your work is saved to your tablet.
