You can pick up your badge beginning Thursday, November 3 at 9 a.m. at General Attendee pickup, located in Hall E of the Anaheim Convention Center. Be sure to bring along the printed bar code you were emailed, along with a valid photo ID that matches the name associated with the ticket. Check out the complete registration hours below.
Once you pick up your badge, stick around to shop the BlizzCon Store, right next to registration in Hall E. We’ll be open Thursday at 9 a.m.—before the rest of the show—so you can stop by early to save some time.

Friday, November 4 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

After you purchase tickets, you'll have until July 15 at 8 p.m. Pacific Time to edit info for each attendee through your Universe account:
If you do not know who you are purchasing tickets for, please enter your own full name and email address for all of the tickets. In this case, the ticket purchaser must bring *all* of the printed bar code emails, along with matching photo ID, to BlizzCon® to pick up badges and distribute them to their guests. (Note that while all of the badges will show the ticket purchaser’s name, photo ID will only be checked at the time of badge pick-up.)
PLEASE NOTE: If you change the name of an attendee, only the ticket bearing the name of the final attendee can be used to claim a badge. Names will be verified at the time of badge pickup.
Bring your bar code email directly to the Solutions Desk (located in Hall E) at BlizzCon, along with the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and the purchaser’s original photo ID (digital copies will be accepted; front and back of credit card required).
If you wish to avoid having to make a special trip to the Solutions Desk, as an alternative to the above you can enter your own name in place of the minor’s attendee information. This will allow you to pick up the badge with your own photo ID, after which you can give the badge to the minor accompanying you. Adults must have also purchased a BlizzCon ticket in order to enter the event along with the minor.
If a guest is no longer able to attend the show and you would like to bring a different guest, you and/or the replacement guest will need to bring *all* of the following items to the Name Change Desk in Hall E for assistance:
IMPORTANT: You must present a legible copy of the front and back of the purchaser's credit card and ID to make any changes to the badges.
Accessibility: For accessibility information and services on-site, please visit the Accessibility desk in Hall E, located next to the Solutions and Name Change desks.
