One voucher per attendee, issued at registration and redeemable on the spot — vouchers can't be saved for later or replaced if lost.
All contents are TSA carry-on compliant and safe for airline travel.
For the security of all attendees, lost badges and wristbands can't be replaced and credentials may not be shared. Keep your wristband on throughout the event.
If a wristband has to be cut for safety because it accidentally tightened, bring it to Hall E Registration and it will be replaced.
No exceptions.

Arrive at the Anaheim Convention Center and make your way to the Grand Plaza between the Hilton and Marriott Hotels. Line overflow is located in the Sheraton Parking lot at the end of Grand Plaza.
After passing through security, follow signs to Hall E Registration.

Once registered, you can enjoy community gatherings around the convention and visit the BlizzCon Merch Store in North Hall 1st Floor. Friday store hours are 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. PDT.
Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 September

Beginning at approximately 6:00 a.m. PDT, security checkpoints will open and attendees may begin entering the Grand Plaza.
Guests who already have credentials may proceed directly to attendee staging areas after security screening.
Guests who still need credentials should proceed to Hall E Registration before returning to join other attendees.
Doors to BlizzCon open at 9:00 a.m. PDT.
Bags & Security
Bags over 18″ × 12″ × 8″ will not be permitted at BlizzCon, and all bags are subject to inspection at any time. Empty plastic reusable bottles and empty insulated bottles are permitted.

Badges, Wristbands & Vouchers
Wear your badge and wristband for the duration of your time at the Anaheim Convention Center. Credentials may not be shared, and lost badges or wristbands will not be replaced. If a wristband has to be removed for safety reasons, bring it to Hall E Registration for a replacement.
A commemorative items voucher may be redeemed for one set of commemorative items. Vouchers must be redeemed when issued and cannot be saved for later. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
Add-Ons & Assistance
If you purchased an Add-On experience, follow the signage at Registration to the Add-On line in Hall E. You'll pick up your BlizzCon Pass, commemorative credentials, and everything included with both your Pass and your Add-On from this one line — there's no need to wait in two separate lines.
Guest Services, ADA assistance, and special access lines are available near the Hall E entrance.
