BlizzCon® 2023 is almost here! On November 3-4, BlizzCon will take over the Anaheim Convention Center as we celebrate our communities and share what we’ve been working on. We can’t wait to get everyone together again after four years away.

We’ve made some important updates to the BlizzCon Code of Conduct, Zero Tolerance Practice, and cosplay considerations to ensure that all of our attendees can have the safest and best experience possible. Take a moment to read through these policies below and find even more resources, including all event policies, on BlizzCon.com to make the most of your BlizzCon experience.

You, our players, are at the heart of what makes BlizzCon so special: a place where our games create connection, foster friendship, and inspire unforgettable experiences. Together, we can make a safe and inclusive environment for everyone to enjoy. Look for more updates on event programming and all that’s in store at BlizzCon 2023 soon.

See you in November!

BlizzCon Zero Tolerance Practice

All BlizzCon ticket holders must comply with the Zero Tolerance Practices. BlizzCon show management has a Zero Tolerance Practice for harassment of any kind. Harassment will not be tolerated at BlizzCon, and anyone who engages in harassing or threatening behavior will face appropriate consequences as determined by BlizzCon show management including but not limited to having their ticket revoked and issued a permanent ban. Onsite security and police may also be notified. In addition to harassment, a zero-tolerance approach applies to alcohol and drug use.

BlizzCon Code of Conduct

We want everyone at BlizzCon to feel like they're part of one big Blizzard community. We ask that everyone at the show be respectful and courteous to their fellow attendees.

If you witness or experience any activity that puts someone's safety or enjoyment of the show at risk, inform a staff member, security guard, police officer, or any guest services personnel. We have escalation procedures in place to handle these kinds of situations, and we will take the appropriate action from there.

In order to provide a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for everyone, Blizzard reserves the right to remove from BlizzCon any person whose conduct is deemed to be violent, disorderly, unbecoming, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or in any way deemed non-compliant with our BlizzCon code of conduct or other rules and regulations.

If you feel any concerns about your safety prior to the show, please email us at bcreporting@blizzard.com

Cosplay

Cosplay is a highlight of every BlizzCon. Each year, attendees present some of the most extraordinary original costumes celebrating our characters and games. We love our characters and are proud of how contestants and attendees portray them, from amazingly accurate representations to creative interpretations. We’re grateful to our community of cosplayers for being thoughtful about their creations and ensuring that their creativity stays consistent with the content in our games and is appropriate for BlizzCon and all of its attendees.

Additionally, we are grateful to our other attendees for respecting cosplayers: asking before taking a photo, not touching them or their props without permission, and being respectful of them if they’re taking a break.

Thank you for helping us to ensure that everyone at BlizzCon is respected and safe!
